Fall 2013

Message from the CAA Chair - Brad Kennedy

I was inspired by the energy and innovative thinking that infused our recent board retreat. Special thanks to our Past Chair Doug Cinnamon for his contribution and helpful transition. In addition to our continuing board members, we welcome three new additions. Together we are excited and motivated to build on our founding vision and advance the business environment for Alberta firms. I'm looking forward to a productive year!

What people are saying about CAA's AGM 2013

Karen Kost, ONPA Architects, said, "I want to say how much I enjoyed the CAA AGM. It was so well done! Great encouraging speakers, met some new people and got to touch base with a number of people who I haven't seen for a long tie. In my books, this AGM knocked it out of the park."

Don Gander, Rileys (CAA Gold Sponsor), said, "Thank you very much for the opportunity to attend the CAA function October 29th. It was very interesting and the speakers I listened to were excellent. Congratulations!"

Keesa Hutchinson, ft3 Architecture, said, "The AGM was a hugely positive experience with valuable information presented in a relevant venue."

The presentations are now available on the CAA website.

THANK YOU to the following: Alberta Enterprise and Advanced Education for their support of the event; Rileys for the Annual Reports and all print materials; Quadrant / Lloyd Sadd Insurance Brokers for the Principal and Sponsor's breakfast; and all the volunteers who helped make the day flow.
