History

IBI Group was founded in 1974. The professional services provided by IBI Group include planning, design, implementation, analysis of operations and other consulting services related to their four main areas of development

IBI’s professionals have a broad range of academic backgrounds and experience in urban design and planning, architecture, interior design, civil engineering, transportation engineering, traffic engineering, systems engineering, urban geography, real estate analysis, landscape architecture, communications engineering, software development and many other areas of expertise, all contributing to the four areas in which IBI practices.

Vision

At the heart of IBI Group’s urban land practice is its contribution to the built environment. The firm’s consulting services are based upon a holistic approach to land use planning and development by the integration of architecture and urban design, transportation and systems design, into a single, seamless, built entity. This strategy produces a ‘win-win’ relationship.
