Our Story

History

Vivian Manasc and Richard Isaac began designing high-performance buildings in Canada's Arctic 20 years ago, then translated the knowledge they developed into other projects. The stability of having long-established roots in Alberta, combined with a world-class architectural team, allows Manasc Isaac to consistently produce striking, contemporary architectural solutions of unsurpassed creative and technical quality.

We designed designed Alberta's first C-2000 green building, Alberta's first LEEDŽ Certified building, Edmonton's first LEEDŽ Silver building and the first LEEDŽ Gold building in the Arctic. The recently-completed Water Centre is the City of Calgary's latest and largest green building initiative with a striking design that enhances the city's landscape. More . . .
